Cucumber Salad


Cucumber Salad

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons warm water
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • ¼ cup rice wine vinegar
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup thinly sliced cucumber
  • 2 ounces thinly sliced red onion
  • 1 teaspoon thinly sliced fresh Thai chile

Preparation:

Mix together and place in refrigerator until ready to serve (at least 20 minutes).
